The proper training and development session provided to the associates will be helpful enough to facilitate such changes. Freezing Stage: The freezing stage is concerning the maintenance of the stability after the change is implemented. When the management of Canberra Hospital is improvising the data management system, it is required to pay the attentions on the consistency. It will be helpful enough in preventing the situation from occurring in the future. Concentrating on such theoretical perspectives, the sequential change can be implemented.
